I had to have a permit for the Friends of Trees planting of our free Purple Catalpa street tree, so this was set up on February 15, 2014 (the actual day of the planting, a Saturday). The actual permit was granted in March of 2015 and the overall permit record keeping was closed down on August 3, 2022 ( Read more... )
